Stoner P160 Release Agent is a versatile water based mold release designed to release cast urethane and other polymers molded below 375 °F. Water based formula for excellent health and safety ratings. Less interference with printing and part number application. Formula is easily applied and wets out well. P160 Release Agent mold release is applied to molds prior to casting polyurethane or other resins. Also useful for compression molding of rubber and in tire molds. (Not recommended for silicone rubber.) Will work on any type of mold material and gives a glossy, smooth finish. Mold details will be reproduced exactly.
