TraSys WB400 Rotoflow is a water-based mold coating that facilitates the flow of polyolefin (including Cross-Linked Polyethylene) and nylon resin into hard-to-fill areas of rotational molds. RotoFlow helps fill in voids around inserts, tight radii, threads, and deep cavities. RotoFlow prevents pinholes on the surface of rotomolded parts. It reduces bridging, thinning, blowholes, and static lines. This new water-based formula is a non-flammable alternative to TraSys 4000 Rotoflow. For best results, apply a light coating while using this product.
